Megan Elizabeth Littler

movement and dance instructor

Growing up in Minnesota, Megan trained extensively in theatre and all styles of dance. At the young age of 17, Megan ventured to LA to pursue a professional career. Within a short 3 weeks, she was signed with an agency, and had landed her first job as a pointe dancer with the Legion of Extraordinary Dancers under the direction of Jon M. Chu (Crazy Rich Asians). Soon after, she was off to Puerto Rico to dance in her first film; Disney Channel’s smash hit ‘Teen Beach Movie’. Megan has continued to appear on countless television shows like 90210Switched at Birth, Victorious, The Voice, So You Think You Can Dance, America’s Got Talent, Good Morning AmericaThe View and Bunheads, among others. She has worked closely with renowned directors and choreographers like James Burrows, Jeffrey Hornaday Christopher Scott, Brian Friedman, Marguerite Derricks, Hi-Hat, and more. Most recently Megan starred in her very own HULU hopeful Pilot, The Book of Lucy, as the lead character Lucy, and landed a role on the reprise of the iconic television series, Will and Grace. You can also catch her on Lifetime starring in the film Family Vanished. All while obtaining her Associates Degree in marketing.

Megan’s professional career began at a young age, but her teaching career began at an even younger one. At 15 years old, Megan toured the country as an assistant teacher to the West Coast Dance Explosion faculty. She has been a long time assistant to Ricky Palomino, and her other mentors Stacy Boedekker and Jessica Keller. Her diligence and keen eye caught the attention of other working choreographers like Chris Scott and Sonya Tayeh who she now assists with choreography on their various projects and shows like So You Think You Can Dance and Dancing with the Stars. It was on the set for Teen Beach Movie Megan really discovered her gift for teaching. While working on the dance numbers with the actors in the film, her skill of working with beginners was apparent and not unnoticed. Megan now works as a personal dance coach to many professional actors in LA. Most frequently Disney Star, Dove Cameron. Today, studios across the U.S. and Australia have sought Megan out to come teach and choreograph pieces and shows for their students, and it has become one of her greatest joys.
